Invalid account?

I had bought product from Oxygen Health Wellness just over a month ago.  They took my money, but never sent the product.  Also tried emailing them, and got an invalid email address.  Supposedly they went into business in 2002, and it appears they set up a shopify account (or updated) in 2022.  Can someone confirm that Oxygen Health Wellness is a legitimate business or is it just a slick store front?

That's great, do you by chance have a legitimate email address for them.  The one on the website comes back as invalid.
