Hello. New to Shopify. So far so good but inventory is not being deducted from my POS/Inventory control (Lightspeed). Inventory does get deducted from Shopify. Am I missing a setting somewhere or something?
make sure that your Shopify integration with Lightspeed POS is properly set up. According to Lightspeed's support documentation, once your Retail POS and Shopify accounts are connected, Retail POS becomes the system of record.
