Inventory/costing problem

Hi all,
I'm trying to overcome an inventory and costing problem. We sell a product which is akin to a cushion cover with inner and currently we can really only track the covers. Does anyone know of a way that Shopify can automatically add the inner product to the order, and therefore make the inner trackable, without the customer becoming confused? We'd also like to be able to assign the individual cost to each item for Stocky. I hope this isn't too confusing.
