Inventory-Days on hand report/PO placement, why no cost pulled in?

New Company, things off to a really good start.  Few big problems though, my inventory reporting is not pulling in all SKU's, it is omitting some high flyers and also some slow movers....seems it is certain lengths in general of the instruments i sell.  Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?  Second problem is when i place a PO, why is cost that is in the system not automatically pu
