Inventory not syncing well

I am on Enterprise theme. I am having problem with shopify inventory. It was working fine but for some reason now even the in stock items are showing to be "backordered" or "not in stock" even though they are in stock. I have noticed if I manually change the current inventory available value for example if it is "10" and I change it to "11" or any number as long as I change it the status get fixed and it starts to appear "in stock" again on the website. I am not sure how to fix this problem. Any help will be appreciated. I have put link and images for the reference

I have checked everything including "track inventory", cache. I was able to narrow the problem down. I found that this inventory problem is only related to a specific vendor in my case "Happy Homes". I am not quite sure what else could be the solution since I dont want to keep doing manual inventory I have more than 800 products from that vendor
