When I try to upload my inventory onto my website, I keep getting Validation error: Invalid URL, but the URL is correct, as it matches exactly what comes up when I am on the stock item. How can I resolve this?
I get an email stating Product Import Complete and when I go into the email for each line I have Line 2: Validation failed: Invalid URL provided. I spoke to an agent and he told me to add https:// in front of the image bit and that hasn't worked either, i now get a message Line 2: Validation failed: Image (then the URL is here) failed to download, for a few lines and then it changes to Line 5: (nethttp_assets_443) Semian::OpenCircuitError caused by Failed to open TCP connection to assets:443 (getaddrinfo: Name or service not known). So i tried putting what is in the URL column in front of what is in the Image URL column and that now gives me Line 2: Validation failed: Image (then the URL is here) failed to download - file not found. Check that file can be found at your URL. So I don't know what to do.
