Hi
is 200 -300$ enough for adds? And how much profit should i expect with that amount for adds if i have a good product ?
Hi @Beka84
This depends on many aspects: the value of the keyword (CPC- cost per click), the average ticket of the product you sell and the results you want to see in the short term. I recommend starting with $150-200 and see the day by day performance of these campaigns. Optimizing the performance of the campaigns and keywords will lead you to generate better conversions at a lower budget.
I would like yo recommend you this Mobile App: Clever Ads Manager, which creates free, custom-made Google eCommerce Ads Campaigns for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Microsoft Ads and Twitter Ads, all in one place. This also has a Google Ads Free promo coupon to start with your campaigns.
Thanks
150-200$ / month?
another question, some experts say you should have 3000-5000$ to succeed in this business. But if iam on tight budget like 400$ and will invest those 3000-5000$ later when i have some sales. Would that be ok?
Hi @Beka84
Thanks for the reply.
Those companies who spend 3000-5000$ are normally BIG companies and have a lot of budget to spend. But if you just start with your business and the online advertisement, having at least 200$ will allow you to have a trial and error of which keywords are most optimal, what time of day is best for you to have the campaigns and see if both the text and landing page of your ads are getting results. After having this experience you can increase this budget.
This Mobile App would definitely help you with that: Clever Ads Manager, which creates free, custom-made Google eCommerce Ads Campaigns for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Microsoft Ads and Twitter Ads, all in one place. This also has a Google Ads Free promo coupon to start with your campaigns.
Hi @Beka84,
@PaolaCastano has given some great advice in the thread here. There is no specific amount recommended when it comes to how much you should be spending on ads, as this amount will vary based on a number of different factors. The more money you can dedicate to ad spend the better, but you'll also want to ensure you're spending it in the right way and you can spend more over time as your business grows. New businesses generally won't be able to compete with larger, more established businesses when it comes to ad spend, so you'll want to ensure that you're getting the most out of the money you are spending on advertisements and marketing.
I would recommend checking out the marketing and marketing strategy courses found on Shopify Learn, which are free for all Shopify merchants to make the most of. These tutorials cover a variety of different marketing and advertising methods and you can use them to educate yourself on how best to market your business.

Hi @Beka84
This is a tough but super interesting question 🙂
The short answer you'll get from most marketers is: it depends...
Not very helpful indeed 🙂
I recorded a video to try and answer your question more precisely, or at least to help you know what to expect based on your budget:

I hope you'll enjoy the video and get value out of it 🙂
Here is one article from Shopify's Help Center which also gives you some indications of what's a recommended daily budget for advertising:
