Is a permanently restricted Facebook Ad account recoverable?

Hey guys, does anyone know if the account is permanently restricted, whether we have to create a new Shopify account and start again? 

Also, if anyone else sells vintage clothes, how do you avoid third-party infringement issues and commerce eligibility requirements?

If your ad Account have been Restricted then you can simply put a review Request to facebook business support

and even when your account is permanently banned or restricted give them some reason like you are just getting started with FB and it happened so please  lift the ban from my account
