Is anyone else experiencing issues with free shipping settings today?

Anybody having trouble with Shipping Settings today?

Our site has been set up to offer Free Shipping for orders of $75 or more for a long time and for some reason it is not working properly today. 

We do have the Advanced Shipping Rules App installed, but again no changes in literally years.  Only change has been the order value for Free Shipping....it used to be $50 but that was a couple of years ago.  Same app, same rule, same settings....

If anyone else is having issues please let us know.

Looks like I had a conflict going between Advanced Shipping Rules and the Native Shopify Shipping Profile.  Problem solved, but now I am wondering if I still need the Advanced Shipping Rules App.  Anyone out there who uses or has used this app, feel free to chime in.

The native Shopify shipping profiles have some limitations. For e.g. -

1. If products from more than 1 shipping profiles are present in cart, then the shipping rates get added up. You cannot blend the rates.
2. You cannot do per product shipping.
3. It's a pain to manually assign products to multiple shipping profiles if you have more than 500 products.
