I cannot contact shopify support. Is anyone else having this problem?
I have two shopify stores and am having the same problem on both.
I have tried the chat bot, and it says "Got it! Click select a store to connect with a support advisor."
When I click this link, it simply says "There’s a problem loading this page
There’s a technical problem with the Shopify Help Center that prevented this page from loading. Please go back to the Help Center homepage or try reloading this page."
I have also tried going direct to support inbox and that just loops back to the homepage (I don't have any emails in my support inbox for my new store).
I tried emailing support@shopify.com and just got a "a ticket has not been created, we've changed the way we do support".
I'm going absolutely spare - I need the support setting up my store, and its one of the things I pay for with shopify. I was able to speak to an agent with my other store because I already had emails in the support inbox, but that's not going to be the case for any new customers or stores.
What's happened??

I’m experiencing the same issue and can not contact support? Anyone have a solution?
I am experiencing the SAME Issue. After selecting store, "There's a problem loading this page" error. Unable to create a support ticket.
You need to say the words “I want to speak to a real person” in the bot chat and then it will ask you to select a store and then you will be put into a queue. I’ve tried to delete my account as well and as soon as I try to delete it it’s funny how they ask for recovery codes password keys and what not as soon as they’ll stop making money.
The chat with an advisor button does not work it’s not because they are having network issues it’s to ultimately try and give you as many roadblocks as possible so that you give up and keep paying. They must have the worst customer support experience I’ve ever witnessed. 30 dollars coming out of my account every month is nothing to play around about people have family’s and they are playing with money. I assume legally this is not right but probably hidden in a 100 page contract somewhere.
everywhere chot bot.. no real person. so much problem losing money but no support.
it does not working I am trying to contact them ..no luck
“I want to speak to a real person"
You’re already in the queue to chat with a Support Advisor, and they will be with you in just a few minutes. In the meantime, if you have any other questions, I’m here to help!
same shopify is dead.. no mail, phone and now chat support...
I am having the same problem, not able to contact support or get anything, my page said too many redirects occurred to open page. Tried everything I can think of. Went and got a pin but it expired because I couldn’t get on. Ugh not good!

I have on my screen shots 2 ways I have tried to contact you in regards to my POS GO!
I need someone to contact me about finding out why it’s not working, or what I have to do to make it work.
Thanks,
Laura Heisler

Hi @HeiNoon,
Thanks for getting back to us here. What happens when you try and contact support? Are you still getting the "Too many requests" error?

I am also having the same issue. I'm in an infinite loop just trying to create a support ticket for ANOTHER issue. We are in the process of migrating an e-commerce store to Shopify and there are so many bugs, even bugs trying to notify you guys about the bugs. It makes me believe migrating to Shopify is a mistake and we should abandon the process altogether.
