I'm trying to find out is this is a feature in Shopify that I can't find, or if I saw it on another platform or if it's an app? It's 'assisted shopping', where in real time or "live" a member of staff can help a customer with their shopping by adding to cart, etc.

Ah I see! It could possibly be Median Cobrowse? Median allows you to join your customers screens without invites, downloads or installs. If a customer is on your site, you can pop on their screen.

No it isn't an AI thing. It's like being able to screen share with the customer to help them shop.
