Yet again, shopify are taking money from customers for items never delivered and companies who close down so you cannot pursue them for a refund.

Order #1037 from Glimmera has never been received and the payment through shopify not traceable.

Shopify reccomend contacting your bank or credit card company and take no responsibility. So be warned you have no protection using shopify and they seem to have no responsible trading standards.
