I have a handmade business. We made 3d Figurine base on customer image. I am wondering that

Handmade product like 3D Figurine of celebrity like Messi is violate trademark or not?

I don't want to violate Shopify policies, but lots my customer want us make that Figurine for them.

Thanks admin for approval my question.

You can not use image of Messi for commercial purposes. It is violate.
