Is it a scam email?

Recently I have received few emails from shopifysolutionsboards@gmail.com and not sure if it’s a scam email. I copied one of emails below:

Dear Store Owner,

We appreciate your efforts to maintain your store. However, we previously reached out to you regarding an issue affecting your store's validation. We warned that inaction could lead to lost customers, unfulfilled orders, and financial losses.

As we won't be sending further reminders, we urge you to take immediate action. Our expert is ready to assist you, but we need your WhatsApp number and store details to proceed.

You have 24 hours to correct the issue and bring your store into compliance. Failure to do so will result in escalation to our closure department.

Shopify would never email you from a gmail.com domain so most probably it's a scam email which you should completely ignore and there's nothing to worry about in it as well.

Hey @Missq  as @Moeed already mentioned, Shopify would not reach out to you through a Gmail.com domain so make sure to never give your details or click any links from such a mail. Stay safe!
