Is it possible to adapt images with text according to the site translation displayed?

Hello,

I would like to upload images with text written on the image. Since my site has several translations, I'd like to upload an image with the appropriate translation for each language of my site.

Either for product images or on homepage slideshows, I can add only the same image and it appears for any selected language on my site.

Result: The US customer sees images with French copy even when he has selected location US and language English.

Is it possible to add one image with text for each language on my shop?
