Is it possible to set a subscription with a high first payment and a lower recurring fee?

I'm trying to implement a time-based subscription using billing API where the first payment is higher than the recurring fees for the next billing intervals.

I found discount options, but they work in the opposite way of what I need. Also I want to avoid having store owner to approve two charges.
