Hello, is it safe to use my home address as a business address when choosing Shopify plan? Will it be visible to anyone? As a dropshipper I´m not going to ship products from my home. Thanks for any advice!

Sure! you can, since you don't have a business Address but make sure you choose a reliable supplier and you don't have any problems in your store. Are you new to all these @Tade72 ?

Hello, @Tade72.
Congrats on getting started with your dropshipping store! I want to confirm that the address you enter when choosing your plan is for billing purposes only and will not be shown to customers.
Customers would only see the address listed as your shipping origin under Settings > Shipping if you were creating your own shipping labels, but you won't have to worry about this since your supplier(s) will take care of shipping for you. Otherwise, an address will only be present on your online store if you have added one to your return policy.

Thanks! I´m just starting my first store. I´ve been researching dropshipping for a long time but in practice it is something else 🙂

So if I add my home address but don’t plan on shipping anything to or from my house my customers won’t see my address?
Hey, @Mattawilkinson!
That's right. Customers will only see the address you've added to your shipping settings if you are shipping products and creating shipping labels in your admin. If you work with suppliers who ship products for you, they will not include your personal address on the package. Only the sender address appears on the package.

How come mine shows up on my customer credit card statements? I need to change this ASAP.
Hi, @accessorywave.
Welcome to the Shopify Community, and thanks for joining the thread.
To confirm, your address is displaying on customer's credit card statements? You can change the statement that appears on your customer's credit card bill when they make a purchase on your store. You must add your phone number so that customers can call you if there is a problem. You can view this Help Center resource for steps on how to do this.

Hi @accessorywave,
Are you using Shopify Payments or a third-party payment gateway to process credit card statements?
