Is my starter plan refundable if cancelled during free trial?

if I cancel the starter plan during my free trial, then my money is refundable or not?

As far as I know, you should not pay money to test a free plan. You can use the free plan without adding any payment details.

However, if you are creating a store on your own, 15 days is very little time to get the store set up. I don't recommend upgrading the account after 15 days just to set up the store. So, if you want more time to set up the store, you should create a development store first. It gives you all the features for an unlimited period of time, and you can pay Shopify only when the setup is complete. This way, you will save money while the site is in development mode.

If you want to create such a development store, you can let me know. I can create a development store for you.

I created the store in free trial, but I purchase the starter plan to publish my store. but after that in shopify does not allow theme customization in starter plan. so, I want to cancel the starter plan.

Can you let me know which theme you are using? And also a screenshot of the theme customization where they does not allow to customize?
