I bought things from otc4me.com on October 26th but they haven't been shipped yet. I reached out to the store but haven't gotten a reply. What do I do to cancel my order and get my money back?

Thank you for your response. I've been attempting to contact the shop since the day I placed my order. I completed their online contact form 5-6 times, sent 2-3 emails, and made a phone call, but received no response. The website stated that the products I bought would be shipped within 1-3 business days, but so far, I have not received any shipment nor tracking code. I tried to contact the store to inquire about an invoice, but I did not get any response. As of now, I cannot reach the store in any way.

Shopify is an ecommerce software some merchants use to build stores for their own businesses. We don't handle the shipping or orders for these independent businesses here at Shopify ourselves. I do understand however, that this is disappointing for you.
I understand you have reached out multiple times with no response from this store - If at least 30 days have passed and you have neither received the item, nor had a reply from the merchant, then I would advise reaching out to your bank for their advice on next steps to take. Your bank can help you to recover your funds. If you feel concerned this store may present a threat of fraud, you can use our "Report a merchant" function here.

Thank you for your response. I understand that Shopify is an e-commerce platform that helps people do business. This leads me to question if this business is legitimate or if there are any fraudulent activities happening. As a fellow e-commerce store owner, I have concerns about orders that have a shipping time of 1-3 days on the website but lack a cancel button in the order details, and if I send an email I don't get a response. If a company doesn't respond to my email within 5 days, I believe they should not be allowed to use the Shopify system. As a seller, I make sure to respond to any customer who purchases my products within 24 hours.
