Is Shopify Plus phone support worth the cost?

Shopify PLUS states that it provides phone support.  I've hanging on for 30:12 minutes and nothing!  Their phone support is worse than Amazon, Google put together!  Anyone know whether its worth paying for Shopify Plus - or is it just the same as the basic plan with zero support?  We are looking to integrate with QuickBooks.

Yes, it can take some time, unfortunately. 

For different people there are different reasons to go Plus. For some, cheaper card rates are the main reason...

Depending on your requirements there is either already an app to do it (start from https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/sell-in-person/quickbooks/integration; https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/appdetails/shopify/en-au/) or you'd need a custom one developed, in which case you'd need to find an agency to do it for you.

What is the price for Plus.  Please don’t blindly refer us to phone because unfortunately’ no-one answers!  Where can we get pricing for plan options?
