Is the DMCA takedown notice from legal-mailer.shopify.com legitimate or a scam?

Received this notification in my email.  The senders email address is legal@legal-mailer.shopify.com

Shopify recently received the attached Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Takedown Notice alleging that content on your Shopify store, moab-cornhole.myshopify.com, is infringing the Complainant’s intellectual property. Specifically, we have been notified by our Theme Partner that your Shopify store is using an unlicensed version of the theme listed in the attachment.

Please note that you are required to have a licensed version of any theme available from the Shopify Theme Store (https://themes.shopify.com) and public access to your storefront will be disabled in one business day if this issue has not been resolved.

Hi guys, my store was taken down for no reason whatsoever, maybe they just want to make sure I have authorisation to sell my products from the manufacturers which I do of course, they asked me to send them all the relevant invoices and stuff, I did but it's been 7 days and I haven't heard anything back from them, can anyone here help me and tell me how long do they take to reply? As I find it very upsetting that my store was taken down in the first place as i have EVERYTHING in order and I have authorisation, I have a legitimate company registered, and there's only 52 weeks in a year and taking a full one of my time is kind of unacceptable 😔. Anyone here knows how long they take??? legal@legal-mailer.shopify.com?? Thank you 🙏🏼

Hi, thank you for getting back to me, however it's been 9 days now and even
after getting in touch with the help centre I still have not heard anything
back..
