Is there a real phone support for Shopify?

Shopify advertises and lies that it offers 24/7 support and there is no real phone support for this merchant.  $30.00 per month what a joke! Cancelling

I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble reaching our support team, this is definitely not the service that we strive for. There is no phone number anymore, we have changed to a callback system so that you can spend less time on hold as we know this was a pain point for merchants. I would also like to know how to get in touch with someone. The "24/7" support just goes around in circles and I can never get anywhere. This is ridiculous.

That link just sends me to the general support page. Where is the option for a callback?

I reached support via chat. Utterly worthless. I was supposed to get an email from a higher level team but never got the email. Awful!
