All things Shopify and commerce
Hello,
We use Shopify's POS with an iPad at our shop during opening hours and also have an online store on the same Shopify account.
In the past, we've always generated a daily reconciliations for our bookkeepers by printing out the report on the POS with "End tracking session", and then adding on the "Total Sales" report from the analytics tab on Shopify.com. These two ending values always matched exactly what was sold ONLY through our POS that day, and you could actually select which "store" (online or in-person) to create a report for.
However, there was an update recently and I can't seem to find a sales report that reflects our POS sales anymore? Are there any other reports that we could use in this way?
I've tried a couple of other reports like "Total Sales over time" (selecting "Today"), but the total does not reflect the POS. It seems to add together our POS sales, online store and other... fees?
Any help with this would be appreciated!
