Is there a way I can share a link to my newsletter to Linktree?

Hi, 

I know Linktree now offers newsletter signup as part of their service, but I would like to share a link from my Shopify newsletter email to my Linktree links as I am offering 20% off first purchase when they sign up. Is there any way I can make my newsletter "shareable" with a link?
