Is there a way to look at a users history

I want to look up a user history on my store to make sure he working.

• What do you mean by History?
• You can see his last logins from Settings > Users and Permissions > User

That is all Shopify allows.

Great question!

When you say you would like to view a user's history on your store, do you mean a staff member's activity on your store? If so, then there are a couple of ways to achieve this:

• Log into your admin and click home and edit the URL in the URL bar to display as https://admin.shopify.com/store/your-store-name/activity
  
  
• You can also view the store's login history along with some other information by following along with this help center doc here.

Is there anything in particular that you're wanting more information on? If you're looking for a specific event or activity, our technical support team can look into logs on behalf of an account owner, but log retention only goes back to the past 14 days. Let me know!

I made an app just for this reason: It's called Last Login: Login Tracker! Once the app is installed, it begins collecting login information. It stores historical logins (how many times they logged in by day) and the total times logged in.

If anyone installs the app and mentions this thread, let me know and I will upgrade you to the pro plan!

Right now Shopify does not natively have that.

Shameless plug but we've made an app that tracks this. You can check it here: https://apps.shopify.com/customer-login-history

Basically, whenever a customer logs in, it'll track that. Same as when doing a purchase through an email that already exists on the store - that'll count as a login as well
