Is there a way to tell which Apps are being used?

Hello,

I have around 40-50 apps in my shopify store. Wondering how to tell if these are being used and which ones are not. I would like to delete all the apps we are currently not using.

We have had some marketing firms come in and install some so I have no clue which ones are in use and which ones are not.
