All things Shopify and commerce
I bought some material from a page within Shopify but first issue is that I was charged a different amount to what I was first told without any warning. I tried reaching to the business but they claimed there is a final checkout before the charge is made (it isn’t, I have it on video). And that not being enough I discovered they sold me material that’s not theirs to sell, the original sellers have a no resell policy. I honestly don’t want anything to do with this business anymore but they have my money and when I gave them the proof they stoped answering my messages. Taking the false pricing and the infringement of copyright by selling items that they do not have legal right to, is there any way I can get my money back?
Instagram add that redirected to a Shopify store. It was a bundle of stickers and templates and a book. (All of them taken from other sellers and artists)
I did, but my original inquiry was about the possibility of getting a refund.
