Is Shopify discontinuing live chat and phone support?

So there is no live chat  or phone any more. If you go to https://help.shopify.com then click on contact it ask you to select your store. When you do that it then simply takes you right back to https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/questions Its a big circle. We have had a billing issue open now for 6 weeks with no resolve. How can we actually get into contact with a person who can help? The level of customer care has just went to zero.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us, I will provide this feedback to our developers. I am sorry to hear that the issue has gone on this long! In order to contact our support, you will need to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before discussing the situation with a Support Advisor. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be directed to the Help Center. You can type in what you would like assistance with and search, you should then see below the search results the option to Get Support.

Again it just loops. https://help.shopify.com -> Contact Shopify Support -> Select Your Store From List Below -> back to https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/questions -> Click any topic -> Contact Shopify Support -> Select Your Store From List Below -> back to https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/questions

one big ole loop. Never a option to contact anyone. Will phone or live chat every be turned back on? Not sure why it ever was even turned off being CSR can do this task from home.

@Ollie any updates? Still loops. 3 different PC and 2 different shopify accounts

This is a serious issue, and is costing Shopify gajillians. That said, I have visited Shopify live chat after Oct. 2021 - though I just found the same loop on the site. If live chat (or any direct contact via email with at least a 24 hr turnaround) is discontinued I may not be able to continuing selling Shopify Stores. Period. I teach people to maintain, scale their own, and if they can not receive your support they will not succeed (and therefore, NOT make Shopify money...). If I'm off base and you're offering ANY support please post a link here that is not broken/doenst loop back to "zero support."
