So there is no live chat or phone any more. If you go to https://help.shopify.com then click on contact it ask you to select your store. When you do that it then simply takes you right back to https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/questions Its a big circle. We have had a billing issue open now for 6 weeks with no resolve. How can we actually get into contact with a person who can help? The level of customer care has just went to zero.

In order to contact our support, you will need to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before discussing the situation with a Support Advisor. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be directed to the Help Center. You can type in what you would like assistance with and search, you should then see below the search results the option to Get Support.

one big ole loop. Never a option to contact anyone. Will phone or live chat every be turned back on? Not sure why it ever was even turned off being CSR can do this task from home.
