Is this a legit email from shopify or a scam email?

Shopify only sent emails via email with the shopify.com domain.

Shopify would never email you from a gmail.com domain so most probably it's a scam email which you should completely ignore and there's nothing to worry about in it as well.

As you can see, the sender's email address is shopifytechnicalresolve@gmail.com, which is a Gmail account and not an official Shopify email address. Please keep in mind that any email from Shopify will end in @Shopify.com, not @gmail.com.  🙂
