the email reads 

Hello, 

Your store is now under enforcement review due to unresolved security concerns tied to your Theme Usage Access Token.

Internal systems have flagged a malware infestation, and we’ve received external confirmation that your store has been declared compromised by affiliated financial institutions.

You have 24 hours from receipt of this message to initiate corrective action. Failure to respond will result in permanent access restrictions or full store shutdown.

Please act immediately to prevent irreversible disruption.

@Stellasstreet Of course it's not even from a shopify domain, you gonna read or believe any email with the letters "s h o p i f y" somewhere in it.

Just contact shopify support directly for verification, and never reply to an email like that if you can't tell the difference.

Shopify will never use a Gmail address like shopifyethicsmonitor@googlemail.com. This email is not legitimate — it’s a phishing scam. Do not reply. Do not click anything.

You can check the sender email account to verify if it is scam email, as Shopify never sends email from @googlemail or @gmail.

That is to say, it is definitely a fake and scam email here. Please ignore it and don't click anything or follow any steps mentioned in the email content. Thank you!
