Hi @Sakina2

Welcome to the community and sorry to hear about your experience.

Could you share a link to the store, even if the site is not working?

Kind regards

Hi @Sakina2

It does look like a scam but still, you should try to contact Shopify and report the order:

https://www.shopify.com/legal/tools/report-an-issue/report-a-merchant

under Issue with an order.

And why it looks like a scam to me, a few red flags. First, the domain gadgetverse.pro as .pro is not reputable, plus it was registered just 2 months ago. Then all products have a 50% or more discount, just to attract sales. Basic look of the site, like they spent a day on it. And not much contact info just email and some phone who knows if it is working? While the domain does not work store is still active on

https://zhdnjt-au.myshopify.com/

so you should mention that too to Shopify, both the domain and this link so they can close it and not connect to the other domain.

Try to stop transactions with your bank, but do not expect much. You could also get some info on the company mentioned in the footer. Google that name and some info do pop out but again it is a question how reliable they are.

If you have a few minutes please check this article https://www.binaery.com/blogs/guides/spotting-fake-shopify-stores-a-guide-to-protecting-yourself-fro... and be careful when shopping online. Especially from ads on social networks, that offer discounts that sound too good to be true.

Stay safe and good luck with getting your money back.
