I would to purchase this item but the price is low to good to be true.  I emailed the seller and he responded back to me with 2 hours with the information I was asking but I a still skeptical.  Please, advise?  Here is my question to the seller 

Is the KitchenAid - Artisan Pistachio K400 Blender brand new or is it an open box? Does the blender have a U.S. Plug For AC or European Plug. Please advise before purchasing?
