Hi - my client wants to install and use Zipify Pages. Is anyone using this for their store? Would love to know the advantages that you get that shopify doesn't offer?
It is $67 usd a month, so not a cheap app... so I need to know if the cost is worth it!
Thanks
Hey there,
Zipify Pages is a great tool to check out for building out your Landing and product pages. You get a 14-day trial when you sign up so it gives you some time to dive into the app.
Zipify Pages has an amazing support team available for LIVE in-person chat support. You get an answer right away instead of having to wait. No bots!
Zipify Pages has an onboarding wizard that walks you through the interface you'll use to build your pages. The team has worked tirelessly to make the interface easy to use and intuitive.
With the Zipify Pages app, you can build high-quality, conversion-tested landing pages, product pages, and homepages with a few clicks of your mouse without the need for help from a designer or developer. The app and pages built are fully integrated with the Shopify platform.
The app does also include several templates that come directly from the Boom by Cindy Joseph and other e-commerce websites that you can then customize to use on your store. They are always adding new templates all the time as well!
You can also build your own pages from scratch using our large selection (and growing) of page blocks 🙂
I'm an expert in the features and can prepare you with what to expect from Zipify Pages.
Best,
Tasha
@ZipifyOCU-Tasha Do you know if the Zipify Page Builder slows down product pages? Any other known adverse effects?
Hey there,
Great question!
Using the Zipify Pages app won't have any impact on page(s) not built using the app. For page(s) built using the app, we've done a ton to optimize the page load speed and are continuing to try to find even more optimization that can be applied. At this point, we've done pretty much everything we can do on our end which we can control.
One of the easiest ways to optimize page speed is to optimize the images being used on the page by using lighter-weight images.
The first and only proven solution to keep page load speed in good shape is to not overload the page with heavy content:
We do also have an Image Library for Zipify Pages that helps with page load speed on different devices. Please see this article for more details on the Image Library
In addition to that, we have somewhat recently added a LazyLoading functionality for images added through the library as well. This helps improve page load speed by deferring the loading of off-screen images. Please see our blog post here for more details about this update: https://zipify.com/4-new-ecommerce-features-watch-demo/
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
