This issue would not be something our friendly community members would be able to help you out with as we will need to access your account to take a closer look. I would recommend reaching out to us directly so one of our support advisors can take a look. You can do this by logging into your store through the Help Center, searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results. Once you reach a live support member they will be able to access your accounts and take a closer look into this with you.
