Issue with address information being inaccessible through account login.

Hello, we are having a strange issue with our store. When a customer logs into their account and clicks on addresses it takes them to a blank page with the url https://eleadorabeauty.com/account/addresses . I attached a view from a test account made. It says there are two addresses even though I only input one. The same situation happened with a customer. The store url is https://eleadorabeauty.com .
