Issue with Calculate Refund API -Shopify multi currency

The calculate refund api calculates the refund amount based on presentment currency and not shop currency? How to resolve this issue?

Is there any way that the Calculate Refund call can have "shop currency" for an order and amounts returned are in Shop currency?
