Issue with Customer Reviews on My Store

Hello Shopify Community,

I’m experiencing issues with the customer review feature on my Shopify store for OceanofPDF.co.uk. Customers are having difficulty leaving reviews for the free books we offer, and some submitted reviews are not displaying properly. This is impacting the store’s credibility and user engagement.

Has anyone else encountered similar problems with the Shopify review system? Any advice on resolving this issue or recommendations for reliable review apps would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using an application for these reviews? If so, I highly suggest that you reach out to the app developer so, they can further check on their end what is causing the error and give more information regarding this matter.
