Issue with Facebook and Instagram Linking Verification

On the Verify my company, I go through and enter all the required information including tax ID. It then gives me several options to select my business. I do so and then on Review Details it shows me an error on top, "Error performing query.

This exact thing is happening to me, too. I can't seem to get past this part. When I go back and try entering my own business information, it wants to verify a code via SMS or phone call and I can't get either to work. Anyone have a solution?

Same thing happening to me! Connecting FB & IG / Meta is so frustrating.
