I have 2 issues regarding capturing information from checkout to our shop going to Gohighlevel.

First, our course product doesn't capture any information at all going to Gohighlevel. It's like nothing happens.
What we would like to happen is when they Purchase this digital product. The information for their Name, Email and Phone be captured and sent to Gohighlevel and then the automation fires to give them access to our course that's built there.
But, what happens is no information of the order even fires. it just doesn't do anything,

Second issue. on some occasions orders also doesn't capture proper information of the customer

Some are missing Name, Email even though the customer put those info upon checkout.
