Issue with Greeting Card Selection – Only First Option Triggering

Hello Shopify Community,

I’m experiencing an issue on my Shopify store, and I could use some help. I offer six different types of greeting cards that customers can select to send with their products. I’ve implemented this using the gift-wrapping method and set up a menu with six options.

However, I am encountering an issue where the navigation only triggers the first product on the menu, regardless of which card the customer selects. I’m using a radio button input type for the greeting cards, but only the first item in the menu is being triggered.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this? I’d appreciate any advice or solutions you might have.

Hello,

It sounds like the issue might be related to how your radio buttons are set up or how the options are being processed. Make sure each radio button has a unique value and name attribute in the code, as this could be causing the issue with only the first option being triggered.

If everything looks correct in the code, you might want to try using a different method, like adding the cards as separate variants or using a third-party app designed for custom options.
