Issue with our Shopify ID

I am writing to you on behalf of Artolf Casa Organica. We are currently facing an issue with our Shopify ID and password for the brand website - To elaborate, we have misplaced our Shopify ID and do not remember the password for the same as well. Also, we are unable to access the email id it was created from.

Would you have added a billing method to your Shopify store such as a credit card or PayPal account where available?

If so, then you can get in touch via our Help Centre here where we'll be able to forward your query to our Accounts team.

They'll be able to verify your identity and help you to get an email address you can access put in place for your store so you can once again log in.

If you have not yet added a billing method to this store, it would not be possible for us to verify your identity in this way.

In this case, you should definitely get in touch via our help centre linked above so we can check the specifics of your account to see what might be possible here.
