Hi all - I'm having an issue with our Facebook/IG pixel set up and wonder if anyone's experienced the same and has a solution. Currently, the store is using the 'Facebook & Instagram' sales channel integration for the pixel data share and it's set to the highest level - 'Maximum'.
From past 3-4 days(since i received the migration email from shopify) When i check my catalogue match rate on Meta, i am getting 0 add to cart and 0 purchase events.
Whereas when i check my events manager in meta business manager, i am getting both add to cart and purchase events logged.(Please note that i haven't been using Advantage plus catalogue ads since a very long time and still i was receiving purchase and add to cart events in the catalogue match rate prior to this email).
