Hope someone is able to help. Have seen numerous discussions on this problem with various solutions involving adding or removing code, none of which seem to work for our site.
The problem is when a customer adds something to the cart, it takes them directly to their cart which says it is empty. When the page is refreshed it then appears. I have had customers tell me they haven't bought things for this reason, or, one occasion, someone bought it twice as they didn't realise it was in the cart already. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Thanks.
I've had a look at your site and can't seem to replicate this issue. I'm able to add products to the cart, and see them populated on the cart page immediately. Have your customers reported this happening with a specific product perhaps?
I've had a few customers report it with different products. Every time I try to replicate it I get the same issue, I click "add to cart" and then the cart opens and it says it is empty. This happens regardless of the browser.
This is happening to us as well. I was able to replicate the issue on two separate browsers, once in icognito/private mode and once in regular mode. I'm reaching out to Shopify now with screen recordings. I'll post here if I receive resolution.
