Judge Me - uploading photos on first page

Howdy, I currently love and using Judge Me shopify in-app to collect product reviews. But the email I send on the first section doesn't allow customers to upload photos. (only star, title, body) 

Currently, customers have to submit a review with Tittle & Body - then they get directed to a 2nd screen to upload media - BUT a lot of my customers are leaving and confused.

Question - is there a way to enable customers to upload media on the same FIRST page they complete title and body review as per image attached?

Hi,

Unfortunately, Judge.me’s default review request emails don’t support photo uploads on the first screen—photo/video uploads only appear after submitting the text review.

To fix this, you’ll need to use the Judge.me Review Widget on your storefront product page, where customers can submit text + photo reviews all in one step. You can then direct customers to that page instead of using the email-only method.
