Kalles theme V4.3, home page not loading on IOS devices - using Safari/Chrome

Dear Community, reaching out to get some help here.

Some users have reported that our webstore is not accessible on IOS devices when using Safari or Chrome browsers. When they try to open the website, the page momentarily loads and then an error message is diplayed.

 

The strange part is that it works perfectly on Android an Macos, Windows on any browser. Could someone help us out where the issue could be?

We have reached out to Shopify supoort, but not much help from them too.
