I've taken a look at the Shopify status page and I'm not seeing any reported issues with the admin or with creating/editing products. We might need to further investigate this, but, to begin with, let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies for a fix. Sometimes, our browsers can hold on to old information causing issues like this to arrive. To learn how to clear your browser's cache and cookies check out this page.
