Keeping store with new name after ceasing trading

My current shopify store is run by me and my partner but the partnership is being dissolved as we're ceasing trading as my partner is retiring. We've already paid for an annual plan with several months left.

Can I change the domain name and ownership, bank details etc? I'd like to keep the store products as they are now as all the stock is transferring to me.

You can certainly make the changes you are looking to make so long as you are the Account Owner on file. If you are, then check out this documentation on updating your domain and changing banking details. I trust that helps, but let us know if you have more questions.
