klarna on site message app, dawn theme 2.0, not showing

We implemented Klarna and wanted to add the on-site message above the add-to-cart button. We added the "Klarna On-Site Message" app and added the block (geolocation) to our product page (see image). When live the block does not show.

In order words, even though we installed the ad blocks in our theme, and they appear in the preview, they do not show up on the live site. I'm using the Dawn theme.

Does any one what the issue might be?

Often times, the changes you've made in your theme editor actually have happened in your live store, but your browser's saved cache and cookies data is causing thing to appear as they did for you before you made the change. If you wanted to confirm this thoery, and see if the change you've made has been reflected in your live store, you can try the following steps:

 

  • Try using a different browser to view your live store and see if the change you've made is present
  • Try using a private viewing, or incognito, window from your browser to see if your changes are present
  • Lastly, try cleaning your Cache and Cookies for your browser. Different browsers have different steps to do this, but if you're using Chrome, you can follow these instructions.

 

Give those steps a try, and let us know if you're able to see the changes you've made! Also, make sure that you 'save' any changes you make while working within your Theme Editor!
