Language translation does not work in checkout

Hello like many here I encounter a recurring problem, my site is in the primary language French with a translation into English and German available thanks to "Translate & Adapt" app, however these translations do not go as far as the checkout which comes back all the time in language French.

Here are the solutions I tried but which didn't work:
- In my code I have the: {{ routes.cart_url }} which you can check
- I uninstalled the applications which could come into contact with the translation: in particular Dcart for the prom codes in the basket but nothing changes
- I even tried using other translation applications but the problem remains the same
